Practice Exam
An online CAIP practice examination is available for purchase. The Board of Ambulatory Surgery Certification created a 60-question practice exam to cover the questions in the five major content areas.
To obtain access to the practice exam, candidates must complete an application. The information provided on the application must be complete, current, and accurate. If questions are left unanswered, your application will not be processed. You must read and sign the disclosure statement at the end of the application.
Purchase the Online Practice Exam for $165. You can bundle it with the CAIP Exam for $500. That is a $44 savings!
THE PROCESS
Once your application and payment have been accepted and processed, you will receive an email from PSI with details on how to access the CAIP Practice Exam.
You will have 45 days to access and complete the practice exam online. While the exam is active, you may change your answers as often as you choose. However, once the exam is submitted, answers cannot be changed.
Upon completion of the exam, you will be provided with statistics indicating the number of correct answers in each of the five content areas.
This is an exciting journey both for our industry and at our individual centers as the CAIP exam will be administered specifically for ASC infection preventionist to test their knowledge.
